The Slide Dryland Trainer is designed to provide swimmers with exercises that mimic the entire swim stroke cycle with consistent resistance. Attach the cord to two different points on a chain-link fence (or similar) to add variety and different angles to your strength and conditioning training. The two rotating handles allow swimmers to practice hand and forearm positioning without cord interference or overloading. -
The Positive Drive Fins (PDF) use a unique ellipsoidal blade to generate correct propulsion in all four swim strokes. The asymmetrical blade design allows the swimmer to build power while promoting a natural inward supination kick style for butterfly, backstroke and freestyle. The PDF use an ergonomic foot pocket to comfortably place feet in an ideal swimming position. The heel strap secures the fin, allowing feet to flex more naturally.
