The Long Floating Fins increase leg strength and help athletes swim at faster speeds. With its long, hydrodynamic blade, the Long Floating Fins add propulsion to butterfly and flutter kick. Buoyancy from the fins lifts legs to the surface, reducing drag from the rest of the body. The Long Floating Fins' closed heel design provides protection against hyperflexion of ankles and increases comfort. Great for all ages and levels of swimming, the Long Floating Fins are color-coded by size. Made of soft, floatable rubber the Long Floating Fins will not sink in fresh or salt water, making them ideal for open water and pool training. -
The Positive Drive Fins (PDF) use a unique ellipsoidal blade to generate correct propulsion in all four swim strokes. The asymmetrical blade design allows the swimmer to build power while promoting a natural inward supination kick style for butterfly, backstroke and freestyle. The PDF use an ergonomic foot pocket to comfortably place feet in an ideal swimming position. The heel strap secures the fin, allowing feet to flex more naturally. A closed toe design provides superior energy transfer from leg to foot. The PDF will increase leg strength, foot speed and ankle flexibility for all four swim strokes, making the fins great for individual medley training. -

Specifically designed for freestyle training, the Freestyler Hand Paddle planes the hand forward through the water, improving reach and distance-per-stroke. With a long fin shape and unique skeg design, the Freestyler promotes a strong pull through, better hip-rotation and increased efficiency. With an adjustable finger strap for a perfect fit, the Freestyler paddle is narrower than most paddles, which prevents shoulder strain. -
Designed to provide instant stroke feedback for technqiue imperfections. Ergonomically-advanced design teaches an early vertical forearm position to increase stroke efficiency. The convex shape requires a proper palm positive hand position. Due to the paddles’ strapless design, incorrect technique will cause the paddles to fall off. -
The Forearm Fulcrums develop an early vertical forearm (EVF) position and increase stroke efficiency. An EVF position utilizes the entire forearm during the pull, from fingertips to elbow. The Forearm Fulcrums promote stroke refinement through muscle memory of proper hand, wrist and forearm position. The dual-function design of the Axis Buoy improves body position while building upper body strength and engaging the core muscles. With ergonomic keyholes and a contoured design, the Axis Buoy can function as both an ankle float and a leg buoy. The lightweight EVA foam is lightly textured for a more secure grip and allows swimmers to easily transfer the buoy between ankles and legs. -

The Bolt Goggle is designed for competitive swimmers to maintain comfort throughout practices and races. Its low profile lens is meant to reduce drag and increase speed. The Bolt Goggle has a silicone gasket that provides added comfort and a water-tight seal. Connected to the gasket is a dual silicone strap that distributes pressure evenly around the head.
