เรามีความยินดีเป็นอย่างยิ่งที่จะขอเชิญท่านเข้าร่วมการแข่งขัน Thanyapura Back to School Swim Meet 2025 ในวันเสาร์ที่ 27 และวันอาทิตย์ที่ 28 กันยายน พ.ศ. 2568 ซึ่งจะจัดขึ้นที่ Thanyapura Sports & Health Resort จังหวัดภูเก็ต ประเทศไทย

งานนี้ถือเป็นโอกาสอันดีที่ชมรมและทีมว่ายน้ำทั้งในจังหวัดภูเก็ตและพื้นที่ใกล้เคียงจะได้กลับมารวมตัวกันอีกครั้ง และเรายินดีอย่างยิ่งที่จะได้ต้อนรับทุกท่านกลับสู่ Thanyapura ภูเก็ต สถานที่แห่งความทรงจำที่น่าประทับใจ

ประเภทกลุ่มอายุ (คำนวณอายุตามวันที่ 31 ธันวาคม 2568):

• 8 ปีหรือต่ำกว่า
• 9-10 ปี
• 11-12 ปี
• 13-14 ปี
• 15-16 ปี
• 17-18 ปี
• 19-25 ปี
• 26 ปีขึ้นไป

กำหนดการแข่งขัน:

• รอบเช้า
• วอร์มอัพ: 06:30 – 07:45 น.
• เริ่มแข่งขัน: 08:00 น.
• รอบบ่าย (วันอาทิตย์)
• วอร์มอัพ: 11:30 – 12:45 น.
• เริ่มแข่งขัน: 13:00 น.

กฎการแข่งขัน:

• ทุกรายการ (ยกเว้นฟรีสไตล์ 50 เมตร สำหรับอายุ 13 ปีขึ้นไป) จะเป็นการแข่งขันแบบ Timed Finals
• ใช้กติกาของ World Aquatics (ยกเว้นกติกา 1-start rule)
• นักกีฬาสามารถลงแข่งขันได้สูงสุดคนละ 4 รายการเดี่ยว
• คะแนนสะสมทีมจะคิดจาก 8 อันดับแรกในแต่ละรายการเดี่ยว:
• ลำดับที่1 – 10 คะแนน
• ลำดับที่2 – 7 คะแนน
• ลำดับที่3 – 6 คะแนน
• ลำดับที่4 – 5 คะแนน
• ลำดับที่5 – 4 คะแนน
• ลำดับที่6 – 3 คะแนน
• ลำดับที่7 – 2 คะแนน
• ลำดับที่8 – 1 คะแนน
• การแข่งขันแบบ Prelims & Knockouts สำหรับผู้เข้าแข่งขันอายุ 13 ปีขึ้นไป ในรายการฟรีสไตล์ 50 เมตร เท่านั้น
• นักกีฬา 8 อันดับแรก จะเข้าสู่รอบ Knockout Finals โดยจะทำการแข่งขันในรอบนี้ ในช่วงบ่ายของวันอาทิตย์ที่ 28
• ฟรีสไตล์ 50 เมตร สำหรับผู้เข้าแข่งขันอายุ 13 ปีขึ้นไป จะมีรอบคัดเลือกและรอบ Knockout Final (เฉพาะวันอาทิตย์ที่ 28)

รูปแบบการแข่งขันแบบ Knockouts

• นักกีฬา 8 อันดับแรกจากรอบPrelims ทำการแข่งขันในรอบที่1 ของรอบKnockouts
• ในทุกๆรอบ จะมีการตัดนักกีฬาที่ว่ายช้าที่สุด 2 อันดับ
• จะทำการแข่งขันจนกว่าได้ผู้ชนะเลิศ 1 คน
• การแข่งขันรอบ Knockout แต่ละรอบจะเริ่มทุก ๆ 3 นาทีหลังจากรอบก่อนหน้า

รางวัล:

• ใบประกาศนียบัตรสำหรับผู้แข่งขันทุกคน
• เหรียญรางวัลสำหรับผู้ที่ได้อันดับ 1-3 ในแต่ละรุ่นอายุและรายการเดี่ยว
• ถ้วยรางวัลสำหรับทีมที่มีคะแนนรวมสูงสุด (Overall Team Winner)
• รางวัลเงินสดสำหรับผู้ผ่านเข้ารอบ Knockout (13 ปีขึ้นไป):
• อันดับ 1: 1,000 บาท
• อันดับ 2: 800 บาท
• อันดับ 3: 600 บาท
• อันดับ 4: 400 บาท
• อันดับ 5-6: 300 บาท
• อันดับ 7-8: 200 บาท
• หากท่านได้รางวัลเงินสด ท่านต้องแสดงสำเนาบัตรประชาชนเพื่อรับเงินรางวัล

• 50 เมตร กบ (9 ปีขึ้นไป)
• 25 เมตร ผีเสื้อ (8 ปีหรือต่ำกว่า)
• 50 เมตร ผีเสื้อ (9 ปีขึ้นไป)
• วันอาทิตย์ที่ 28 กันยายน (เช้า)
• 25 เมตร ฟรีสไตล์ (8 ปีหรือต่ำกว่า)
• 50 เมตร ฟรีสไตล์ (9-10 ปี)
• 50 เมตร ฟรีสไตล์ (11-12 ปี)
• 50 เมตร ฟรีสไตล์ รอบคัดเลือก (13 ปีขึ้นไป)
• วันอาทิตย์ที่ 28 กันยายน (บ่าย)
• 50 เมตร ฟรีสไตล์ รอบ Knockout (13 ปีขึ้นไป)

• ต้องส่งเวลาที่ดีที่สุดพร้อมใบสมัคร (ไม่รับ NT)
• รายการที่ลงจะถูกส่งกลับเพื่อให้ตรวจสอบและแก้ไข ภายใน 19 กันยายน 2568
• เปิดให้แก้ไขรายการและชื่อ ภายในวันที่ 21 กันยายน 2568 เวลา 23.59 น.

Thanyapura Back to School Swim Meet 2025

Dear Swim Coaches,

We are excited to announce that the Thanyapura Back to School Swim Meet 2025

is making a splash again!! Mark your calendars for Saturday and Sunday September 27-28, 2025, as we gather at the Thanyapura Sports & Health Resort in Phuket, Thailand.

This event is the perfect opportunity for all swim clubs and teams in Phuket and the surrounding areas to reunite. We look forward to welcoming back familiar faces to Thanyapura Phuket, a place filled with unforgettable memories.

Here are the essential details:

Event Information:

• Date:
• Saturday-Sunday September 27-28 2025
• Venue:
• Thanyapura Sports & Health Resort
• 120/1 Moo 7 Thepkasattri Road, Thepkasattri, Thalang, Phuket, 83110 Thailand

Age Categories: (age as of December 31, 2025)

• 8 & Under
• 9-10
• 11-12
• 13-14
• 15-16
• 17-18
• 19-25
• 26 and Over

Schedule:

• Morning Session
• Warm-up: 6:30-7:45 AM
• Competition Start: 8.00 AM
• Afternoon Session
• Warm-up: 11:30 AM-12:45 PM
• Competition Start: 1.00 PM
• Competition Pool: 25 meters (short course)
• A warm-up and cool-down pool will be available during the event, and swimmers must be supervised by their coach or parent.

Rules:

• All events will be timed finals, except the 50m freestyle for swimmers aged 13 and older.
• World Aquatic Rules apply, except for the 1-start rule.
• Each swimmer can enter up to 4 individual events
• Only the top 8 swimmers from each individual event will score towards the team score: 1st – 10pts, 2nd – 7pts, 3rd – 6pts, 4th – 5pts, 5th – 4pts, 6th – 3pts, 7th – 2pts, 8th – 1pt.
• 50m free Prelims & Knockouts: These events are only for swimmers aged 13 and above.
• Advancement: The top 8 swimmers in each age group (13 & Over) will qualify for the knockout finals, which will take place in the afternoon on Sunday, 28th.

Knockout Format:

• All 8 qualifiers will compete in the first knockout round.
• After each round, the 2 slowest swimmers will be eliminated.
• This process will continue until only 1 swimmer remains as the winner.
• Each subsequent knockout round will start 3 minutes after the previous round begins.

Prizes:

• Participation certificates for all registered competitors.
• Medals for top 3 in each age group and each individual event.
• Trophy for “Overall Team Winner”
• Prize Money for Knockout Finalists (13&O): 1st place 1,000 Baht ,2nd 800 Baht ,3rd 600 Baht, 4th 400 Baht, 5th 300 Baht, 6th 300 Baht, 7th 200 Baht, 8th 200 Baht
• *ID needs to be presented to receive prize money

Point Classification:

• Individual events: Points range from 10 to 1 depending on the final placing in the event.
• Timing System:
• Times will be recorded by CNX timing system.

Registration:

• Minimum age for entry: 6 years (as of December 31, 2025).
• All entries must be submitted by September 17, 2025 – no late entries will be accepted.
• Please provide times with your entries; NT entries will not be accepted.
• Entry reports will be returned for review and corrections by September 19th, 2025.
• Any changes to entry reports will only be accepted if submitted before September 21st 23:59 local time.
• A tentative meet program will be released by Thursday, September 25, 2025.
